“Under the direction of the Senior Director of Facilities, and working in collaboration with the Director of Construction Services, the Manager of Sustainability is the lead for sustainability projects at MATC to ensure that capital remodeling and renovation projects, HVAC upgrades, building envelope upgrades, and energy related projects are consistent with the College’s sustainability goals including following LEED or other green building metrics. This individual will also oversee the College’s measurement and reporting in the area of energy efficiency, sustainable practices, and sustainability goals. The Manager of Sustainability will be involved in all construction (capital remodeling and renovation projects) to ensure compliance with MATC’s sustainability goals.”
